Documents to be uploaded to the system during the application stage

a) Biometric photograph: A photograph taken within the last six (6) months, open-faced and front-facing, in accordance with biometric standards, in a way to ensure that the candidate can be easily recognized.

b) Passport / Identity Card with Official Validity in the Relevant Country (Turkey) / Turkish Republic Identity Card / Blue Card (Former Pink Card) document: A single page digital file in image format.

c) Examination Result Document: TR-YÖS Result Document.

d) Secondary Education (High School) Diploma: Consulate or notary certified Turkish translation is submitted to the system in image format. For candidates who have not yet received their diploma, an official document from their high school showing that they will graduate on a certain date and its notarized Turkish translation are submitted to the system in image format.

e) Official Document (Transcript) showing Secondary Education (High School) Grade Point Average: Consulate or notary certified Turkish translation is entered into the system in image format.

f) For applicants to the English Language Teaching Program of the Faculty of Education and the English Language Literature and American Culture and Literature departments of the Faculty of Letters, language exam result document (CPE (C and above), CAE (A), TOEFL ITT (96 and above), PTE Academic (78 and above). Language scores have no effect on the calculation of the Entrance Score. Candidates who will apply to other departments at the University whose medium of instruction is English are required to have the English foreign language score requested by the Department Board. Those who are entitled to enroll in the relevant departments must submit one of the above-mentioned language documents during registration. Otherwise, the registration process will not be realized.

Note: In case of uploading incorrect, incomplete, illegible, worn and/or dark and/or small, incorrect and/or fake documents to the system, the application will be canceled.
