Documents to be uploaded for the exam

The digital documents requested to be uploaded to the system during the VAN YYÜ YÖS application are as follows:
1.     Biometric photograph: A photograph taken within the last six (6) months, with the face uncovered and front-facing, in accordance with biometric standards, so that the candidate can be easily recognized.
2.     Scanner printouts of Passport/ Identity Card with Official Validity in the Relevant Country (Turkey) / T.C. ID Card / Blue Card (Old Pink Card) documents: A single page digital file in image format, taken from a scanner, of pages with pictures and official information: The pages of the ID Dcument containing photograph and official information. They should be uploaded as a single page and picture format.
3.     Bank receipt: If the exam fee is paid through a bank branch or Electronic Funds Transfer/World Interbank Financial Telecommunication Association (EFT/SWIFT), the bank receipt showing that the exam application fee has been paid is uploaded into the system in picture format.
4.     High School Diploma: Consular or notary approved Turkish translation is entered into the system in picture format. An official document showing that candidates who have not yet received their diplomas will graduate from their high schools on a certain date and its notarized Turkish translation are entered into the system in picture format.
 
Note: If incorrect, incomplete, unreadable and / or dark and / or small, erroneous and / or forged documents are uploaded to the system, the application is cancelled. Those whose applications are cancelled are notified with the reason for the cancellation information via e-mail entered in the system during the application. The exam fee is not refunded for cancelled applications.
