Exam Rules

(The exam rules will be read aloud to the candidates before the exam starts.)
 
1.     In the first 30 minutes and the last 5 minutes of the exam, you cannot leave the hall even if you complete your exam. If you leave the hall for any reason, you will not be allowed to continue the exam.
2.     Paper, book, notebook, note etc. documents; compass, protractor, ruler etc. equipment; mobile phone, computer, calculator, tablet, walkie-talkie, camera etc. communication, storage, recording and data transfer devices; Even if it is licensed or for official purposes, it is strictly forbidden to take the exam with weapons and objects that can replace weapons.
3.     It is forbidden to talk to the staff and ask questions to the staff during the exam. Likewise, officials are prohibited from speaking closely and in low voices to candidates. Officials can change the seating arrangement of the candidates when they deem necessary.
4.     Check the candidate number, name and surname on the answer sheet given to you, fill in the relevant fields and sign. If this information does not belong to you, warn the officials and ask for your answer sheet. The exam of the candidates who use the answer sheet belonging to another candidate will be deemed invalid.
5.     The exams of the candidates who do not encode the test group (type of booklet) or coding more than one on the answer sheet are considered invalid.
6.     You should use a black pencil for all kinds of writing and markings you will write on your answer sheet. The exams of the candidates who use a different pen (ballpoint, ink or colored, etc.) other than a soft black pencil will be deemed invalid.
7.     In the following cases, an Individual Exam Cancellation Report is issued by the officials and the exams of the relevant candidates in that session are deemed invalid:
 
a.     Disrupting the exam order (not complying with the exam rules and the warnings of the officials, etc.)
b.     Paper, book, notebook, note etc. documents; compass, protractor, ruler etc. tools; mobile phone, smart watch, computer, tablet, walkie-talkie, camera etc. communication, storage, recording and data transfer devices, etc.; Keeping weapons and objects that can substitute for weapons, even if they are licensed or for official purposes,
c.     Calculator or clock with calculator feature, etc. possessing and/or using electronic devices,
d.     Sharing tools and equipment such as pencils and erasers etc. during the exam,
e.     Taking the answers out of the exam hall by writing them on a place other than the answer sheet,
f.      To take the exam and mark on the answer sheet even though the necessary documents are missing in order to enter the exam,
g.     Suspicion of the identity of the student by the officials,
h.     Failure to hand over the answer sheet and/or question booklet to the officials in full and intact manner. Take them out of the exam hall.

8.     Cheating or helping to cheat in the exam, etc. An Individual Exam Cancellation Report is prepared for candidates who take this action. The exams of these candidates are cancelled.
9.     An Individual Exam Cancellation Report is prepared for the candidates who perform any of the actions such as tearing the answer sheet and/or question booklet, taking the exam for another candidate, or putting someone else in the exam instead of themselves, and their exams are deemed invalid.
10.  Before the exam starts, leave your Exam Entrance Document and your approved Identity Document (ID) with your photo on your desk.
11.  The duration of the exam is 120 (One Hundred Twenty) minutes.
12.  When you receive your question booklet, check the pages quickly to see if there are any wrong or missing prints. In case of errors/incompleteness, immediately apply to the officials to have your booklet changed. Do not reopen your booklet until the examiners indicate that the exam has started.
13.  Please check that your name, surname, candidate number, exam hall number, desk number information is complete in the relevant fields in your question booklet and sign. You can use the blank spaces on the pages of your question booklet for drafting purposes.
14.  Make sure to mark the type of booklet on your answer sheet correctly according to the type of question booklet given to you.
15.  Mark your answers in the relevant area on the answer sheet, without going beyond the circle. Markings made on the question booklet will not be evaluated.
16.  When you want to make changes on the answer sheet, use a quality eraser that does not leave marks. Do not crumple, tear, fold, or place any unnecessary markings on your answer sheet.
17.  Wrong answers will not affect the number of correct answers. Therefore, it will be in your best interest not to leave any unanswered questions.
18.  Each question has only one correct answer. If you mark multiple answers for a question, you will be considered to have answered that question incorrectly.
19.  At the end of the exam, hand over your answer sheet and question booklet to the hall staff in full.
