Online Exam Rules

1. Candidates with GSM or mobile phones are obliged to keep their mobile phones in closed position and on the exam line. Those who are found to exhibit an inconvenient behaviour or the candidates who turn on their mobile phones during the exam will be kicked out of the examination hall.

2. Pager, radio, etc. communication devices with mobile computer, clock with function other than timing mechanism, electronic equipment, calculator, compass, ruler, etc., which function as books, dictionary are forbidden and not allowed to be used in the exam. The information of the applicants who have entered the examination with these tools will definitely be written in the Examination Hall Report, and the examinations of these candidates will be invalid. Candidates can only test with white paper in A4 size, which does not contain any type of writing or sign. It is forbidden to take exam questions and answers with this paper. This paper will be used only in solving & answering the questions andı then submitted to the officials at the end of the examination. Candidates are given 100 minutes for the exam. Candidate will not be taken to the exam after the first 30 minutes of the exam. Within the first 40 minutes and the last 5 minutes following the start of the exam, candidates will not be allowed to go out. Candidates who have completed the exam or who have left the examination room will not be taken back to the room for whatsoever  reason they may request.

3. It is forbidden to talk to the staff and ask them questions during the exam. In the same way, the officials also must talk to the candidates closely and with low voice if there arises any need; In addition, the candidates should be able to bring and use pencils, erasers, paper, requesting such things are strictly forbidden.

4. All warnings of officers must be observed and complied with during the examination. The validity of the exam depends first of all on compliance with the exam rules. Prospective candidates who are in contravention of the rules and do not comply with the warnings to be made will be kept in a record and their exams will be invalid.

5. The identity information of those who cheat during the examination, who exhibit unethical or undesirable behaviors or attitudes, who help others cheat, will be written in the official report of Examination Office and the examinations of these candidates will be reported as invalid. Officers do not have to warn those who attempt to cheat or give others materials for cheating. It is very important for you to keep your answers in a way that is not seen by others during the exam. The distributions of the answers given by the candidates to the questions will be examined by means of data processing methods. If the findings obtained from these examinations indicate that misconduct has been done in the exam individually or collectively, some or all of the answers of the candidates participating in the misconduct will be invalid. If those afficials who manage the exam are not sure that the exam is conducted in accordance with the rules, it will not be put into evaluation in this case, the YYU-YÖS Coordination Office  may disqualify the candidates who have entered the examination but who didn’t comply with the rules.

6. The answers will be marked in the relevant boxes & sections on the answer sheet.

7. During the exam, nobody, including officers, must smoke, pipe, cigar etc. And nobody can eat anything. Transparently packed water is free to drink.

8. It is strictly forbidden to write the questions and the answers to these questions on a separate sheet and to leak them out.
